Brenthaven at Outdoor RetailerBy Marketing - Tue, 2012-08-07 A few lucky Brenthaven team members had the opportunity to go to Salt Lake City last week and participate in the famed Outdoor Retailer tradeshow which hosts hundreds of outdoor brands for a four day tradeshow extravaganza. Outdoor Retailer is famous for its laid back environment, industry happy hours, and tons of free swag; this year did not disappoint. In the past Brenthaven has been primarily known for designing laptop, iPad, and tech centered products but with the new Kona Biking and BX2 Camera collections, we were able to dive headfirst into this new market place. Thanks to our marketing department we had an awesome new booth complete with a Kona Bicycle that one tradeshow attendee would win at the end of the show. Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter allowed all of our booth visitors the chance to post a picture of our booth on one of our social media outlets to qualify to win the Minute Bike by Kona. In the end adorable Smith family walked away with the big prize after impressing us with their 1 year old son's riding abilities. Overall we were impressed with the crowd at the Oudoor Summer Market 2012 and look forward to many years to come exhibiting at the tradeshow.
