There is a small zipper on the interior of the flap that seems to be missing a zipper pull, is this a mistake?
No, this is not a mistake. This zipper is meant for embroidery access, and does not include a zipper pull intentionally.

FANTASTIC!
I was so glad I bought this MacBook case for my computer. It can fit a much thicker laptop. I have a 12 inch PC with a giant 8 cell battery that sticks out and it still fits in just fine. It can hold about another small notebook but not much more, but then again I dont like heavy bags so its okay. The stretch pocket can hold my power adapter well with the cables all wrapped around it. if you have a larger one, it can still probably fit, but you might want to take off the larger power cord for a different pocket. I love how there is a pocket for everything. It's great and really comfy. Inside the flap there is a zipper with a raincoat for your bag that is on a bungee which is nice for rainy days. This bag looks really sophisticated and I love it. It has such great quality and the padding everywhere is really thick! The bag is really light too. The only downside is that there isn't a place for my water bottle. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a computer LESS THAN 16 inches.
Best of Breed
I have many MacBook Cases and totes. My wife usually looks at them and shrugs. Not this time. The Brenthaven MacBook case works with both the 13" and 15" laptops, in my case Macs. These are very attractive MacBook cases, plenty of storage, and most important, the laptop is super secure. There is plenty of padding here. I have looked at the cheap MacBook cases at, say, BestBuy, and most of them just feel cheap. Not this one! This is a fantastic bag, and I cannot imagine anyone NOT loving this MacBook case the moment they touch it.

Very Satisfied
My reason to buy this MacBook case was to protect my computer, not for the looks, and so far I am very satisfied. I traveled with this MacBook case recently and my computer is working fine. There is quite a bit of space for extra stuff; though if you want to keep textbooks in it you shouldn't buy this. The position of the bag when you hold it means the weight of books is put on your computer. I put a DVD case and some other small items in the pockets and it seemed fine. Looks great, compartment for the computer is very well padded, slightly large bag but that's because of all the extra (helpful) compartments. It even has a pouch to put around your computer if you're walking in the rain. Overall very satisfied with this MacBook case.
Alot of Thought and Care went into this Quality Messenger Bag
Certainly a lot of thought and care went into the design and manufacturing of this messenger bag MacBook case. I was initially so impressed with the quality of workmanship and thoughtful details that I can understand why this messenger bag costs about two to three times the price of other messenger bags. First, this messenger bag MacBook case provides excellent protection for your laptop. On the Brenthaven website, Harvey, their global ambassador, claims to have dropped his laptop over 5000 times without any damage to it. Although I am not yet brave enough to risk that, I'll take his word. The MacBook case is extremely well padded and fits my 13" laptop like a glove. I'll take their word that it fits the 15" as well, as there seems to be some give. Shoulder strap includes a small velcro-closure change compartment, which could be helpful to people needing to keep spare change for the the subway or bus. Inside the bag there is plenty of room for folders and numerous storage areas to organize everything including pens, gum, cell phone, keys, and so much more. Essentially, everything has a place in this messenger bag. One of the most interesting features of this MacBook case is the reversible and changeable flap. The Brenthaven website has several different flaps to choose from if you want to update or personalize the look of your messenger bag.
