I'm extremely pleased with this backpack

I bought this backpack for a two week tour in Europe, my only bag. With the souvenirs it was a bit tight at the end of the trip, but performed flawless. I didn't want to leave my laptop in the hotel but carrying this backpack was all day comfortable. Not one complaint in that department. The front pocket is deep and I wish it had easier access. It's not hard to lose things in the bottom. On the bright side though, you won't be having things fall out from there. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this backpack.

    Perfect for a college student!

This back pack is wonderful! Very comfortable, and a lot of space! perfect for a college student! It also has tons of padding for the reckless college students also! :)

    Definitely Recommend Highly!

I have had this backpack for over one year & it is great. I use it for work & when I travel with my family. It has been used & abused & really taken it, it does not even look worse for the wear. I store my precious 15"macbook pro, along with tons of paperwork and nothing has happened to it or my macbook. I have been through quite a few bags breaking & tearing. Definitely recommend highly!

    Exceed my Expectations

I bought this pack for college, looking for one that could protect my precious Macbook, carry enough books, and be practical to wear while using my main method of transportation: my bike. Not only did it exceed my expectations, it did it with style and class.

    Worthwhile Investment .

Great backpack. It's everything the write-up says and more! And after spending $2500 on my MacBook Pro, this is a worthwhile investment to protect such precious cargo. Did I mention it has more places/room to store things than any other backpack that I've ever seen?!

    Just the Right Size

This is a really, really good laptop backpack. Most backpacks out there are way too big (Booq, etc.) or way too small. This one is just the right size..and when you need to carry more stuff the expansion chamber has you covered. I use it with a 15" unibody MacBook Pro and it's perfect. The pack also distribute the load very nicely. I was shocked at how lite everything was when I switched from my Timbuktu laptop messenger bag. The only draw back is there aren't any pockets to hold a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle.

    They're the Best

I just went through my closet and counted six Brenthaven bags. It's not because they wear out; it's because they don't, and Brenthaven just keeps making new ones I like better. The oldest of the six looks pretty much like it did on day one, which tells you all you need to know about build quality. I'm a journalist and have used Brenthaven bags for a dozen years all over the world. They're the best. Quality zippers and materials, state-of-the-art protection that they somehow just keep improving, and great customer service. This particular backpack is one of my favorites, just because of its flexibility -- and comfort. Years ago, Brenthaven made great bags that lagged behind in features such as breathable mesh backing on backpacks. No more. This one is as comfortable in warm weather as the best day-hiking pack I own. And it's a heck of a lot sturdier.

    The Quality is the Best

I just got the new 13-inch Macbook and was looking around for the bag. At first, I thought it would be too big and too heavy for me (I'm 5'2") but it wasn't. I mean with the bag, the macbook, one textbook, and other things, it's not feather light but it wasn't too heavy to hurt my back either. The titanium color was great too. Looking at it online, I thought it would be bright silver but it turned out to be a pretty good looking backpack overall. The quality is the best. Brenthaven people they thought of everything. I have a space to put everything I want to carry with me while at the same time not breaking my back.

    Storage Galore

This is the second Brenthaven Trek backpack I purchased. The first was for my personal Mac Book. When it came time to purchase one for my work laptop it just seemed logical. It has storage galore. Plenty of little pockets for storing flash drives, mice, accessories and power supplies. In fact, when going on vacation I pack both my work and personal computer in one bag. There is plenty of room for both PLUS everything else and it fits nicely on the plane under the seat.

    Not A Dent

"The Expandable Trek Backpack that I bought back in November certainly has paid itself off a few times over! Last Friday, I sustained a very bad fall that consisted of falling and sliding into an escalator. Suddenly, I found myself being carried upwards in a fetal position. I attempted to get up but fell back. Thanks to the people who were able to get me up and be on my merry way. Throughout the fall, the spikes on the escalator scratched my leather shoe and pants. However, there was not a dent made on my backpack and my MacBook Pro remained unharmed. I know that I made the right choice in buying Brenthaven, so thank you for making an excellent product!"
