Orders received after 8AM will be shipped the next business day. Orders must be placed before 8AM in order to be shipped out the same day. We close for the national holidays and we do not ship product on the weekends. International orders can take up to 10 business days to process.

For continental U.S. destinations and orders over $99.00 we give free ground shipping. For continental U.S. destinations of orders under $99.00 there is a $4.95 ground shipping charge. International shipping costs will be calculated upon check out on our website.

Free shipping on orders over $99 is only valid for orders shipping within the continental US. Free shipping may not be applicable with certain promotions, deals, and special offers.

After you have received your Order Confirmation, following will be an email with your tracking number. With the tracking number you can trace the shipment on the appropriate carrier’s website.

You may return your unused item for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of the purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 14 days of our receiving your return. For shipping costs associated with the return of non-defective products, the customer will pay the cost of shipping. We will not accept a return that is shipped with “shipping costs due”. We recommend that you spot clean with a mild soap (such as Woolite™) and warm water with a cloth or soft bristle brush. Rinse soap off thoroughly and lay or hang to dry - do not dry with heat, do not submerge in water. Please email or call customer service with any questions

Brenthaven products have a lifetime warranty. You can register your product warranty here (http://www.brenthaven.com/product-registration). If we are unable to repair a product, case replacement will be offered instead. The Brenthaven Lifetime Guarantee does not cover the contents of your bag; under no condition is Brenthaven responsible for any damage done to your laptop, accessories or other personal belongings. Please note Brenthaven is not responsible for shipping and handling of your warranty repair; Paypal can not be used when paying for warranty repair shipping and handling costs.

Within the specifications for each of our products we show the maximum size laptop the item will accommodate. If you do not already know the size of your laptop, measure the screen diagonally. It is this size we are referring to in our specifications.

What makes a bag airport-friendly?

What makes a bag airport-friendly?

X-Ray Friendly™ bags allow the user to pass through airport security without removal of your laptop. This is enabled by the zipdown compartment we have built into our X-Ray Friendly™ collection. In order for a bag to be considered X-Ray Friendly™, the bag must be able to fully open and lay flat on the belt for scanning. When passing through the scanner, the laptop compartment must allow a clear and unobstructed view to the operator.
In all instances, screening personnel have the right to require that a laptop be removed from the bag for screening or any other measures they deem necessary to ensure security when traveling.

Absolutely. On the back of most of our shoulder cases, we have a (wheelie) strap with snaps so you can adjust and secure the case to your already existing wheeled luggage.
