    I'm LIterally Blown Away

    I'm constantly reminded by my friends and family that I'm never one to praise unnecessarily. Even more so, I've never written a review online nor emailed a company other than to complain (!). Call it a character flaw or something.
    However this morning I'm going to make an exception. I received an Elite Sleeve for my new Macbook Pro from you guys, and I'm literally blown away. The attention to detail is magnificient. It has a snug fit for the machine and a sophisticated design, and unlike my character, is flawless. SO well thought through that you even have perforated coasters to recycle the cardboard! Spot on. In addition I'm extremely grateful for the brilliant level of customer service - my order was placed late Sunday night, acknowledged with a response to a question at 8:30am Monday, and here by 9am Tuesday. Rarely, very rarely, have I experienced anything like it.
