Absolute Best Laptop Bag for Travelers
This is the best laptop bag I have ever owned. It's low profile and stands up on it's own, X-Ray friendly, Professional looking (even in backpack mode) Well thought out storage, including a dedicated pocket for the power supply, Backpack mode a MUST when hurrying through the airport. The first time you travel with this and have to hurry (or help with your travel partner's bags) and use the backpack straps, you will never want another bag. The bag sits nicely on your back, doesn't bounce around, and allows you to hustle through to your gates. You will not be disappointed with this bag.
Everything a Case Should Be
I bought myself a laptop for my birthday, and it was the biggest present for myself I have ever bought. And I wanted to make sure that I kept it nice and this case makes sure of that. It has padding all inside of it for the laptop to not receive shock from bumps and what not. And it also has all the pockets and compartments that you would ever need for all of your accessories. This case is perfect for this laptop. I would highly recommend it.

Love, love, love. After buying a different, cheaper, off-brand product that claimed to be both shoulder case and backpack I was severely disappointed. Then I discovered Brenthaven's Convertible SC-XF. The construction of the bag is clearly well thought out and durable, I've been using this bag on a daily basis for over a year now and it still looks brand new. While it's listed on their website as being a PC case, I use my MacBook 13" in this bag no problem and it fits like a dream. The laptop is well protected, I have plenty of space to carry all my daily accessories and I have the option of a backpack if I want.
Makes commuting and traveling so easy
I purchased this case on a whim, not really thinking I would use the backpack mode. I was surprised by how useful this feature has turned out to be, when my shoulder tired of carrying bag I can quickly and easily turn my case into a backpack just by pulling out the straps! It makes commuting and traveling so easy, not only is the case x-ray friendly, but I can also have my hands free to carry my other luggage when the case is backpack mode. Plus its a Brenthaven so that means lifelong customer service and free repairs!
