Hassle-Free Lifetime Warranty!
I've owned my 14" laptop sleeve from Brenthaven for around 10 months, and at two of the corners the zipper started coming off from the sleeve (causing zipper dis-functionality). After emailing Brenthaven customer service, they promptly responded that they would send me a new Ecoprene II sleeve at no personal cost (shipping included). Very satisfied.

Great Sleeve
This is a great sleeve. Easy to clean with a warm wet cloth with soapy water. The zippers are top notch, none of those cheap little things that feel like they're gonna split after a few weeks of use. The inside liner is fantastic, nice and smooth and soft.
