Return Policy

Brenthaven Product Return/Exchange Policy:

  • You may return items sold by Brenthaven.com within 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund (less any shipping charges).
  • Exchanges are valid for 30 days after the purchase date (does not include shipping/ travel time).
  • In the case of defect, we will exchange or provide you a 100% credit if purchased within 30 days.
  • If there is a problem with your order please go to the following page and send us your details. www.brenthaven.com/contact
  • We'll notify you by e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 30 days for your CC company to show credit on your CC statement.
  • If the return and refund does not arrive after 2 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
  • Please allow 30 days for processing your refund from date of receipt of your request for refund.

We will not issue refunds for the return/exchange of the following items:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear and tear.

How to Return or Exchange a New Item:

  1. Go to www.brenthaven.com/return-authorization 
  2. Repack the item (in original condition) securely along with a copy of the receipt
  3. After you submit your information from the Product Return page you will automatically receive a unique RMA # with further instructions for sending your product back to Brenthaven.
  4. Please make sure that the RMA # is listed on the outside of your package when you mail the returned item back to us, this will help us ensure the process is seamless and efficient.

Lifetime Guarantee. Brenthaven products are made with the highest quality standards. We take great pride in the integrity of our products. If any product fails due to component or construction defects we will gladly offer a repair or replacement. Please remember that your contents are your responsibility and we do not cover shipping and handling.

  2. From this page you can submit your information as well as photos of related issue to your product.
