Our strategy is three-fold:

- Reduce what we can... Recently, we changed our packaging strategy and eliminated the use of over 100,000 boxes; we use recycle paper and soy-based inks to make all our marketing materials; and we give employees financial incentives to walk, bike, carpool or take public transportation to work.
- Offset what we cannot... Last year, through our investments in carbon credits, we offset over 50% of our carbon footprint. Our ultimate goal is to become a carbon nuetral or carbon balanced company. We call it Zero Impact™.
